Inkora Bookmart partners with third-party logistics providers to ship products to our customers.
These trusted shipping companies are responsible for handling and delivering your order to the address provided during checkout. Some of our logistics partners include (but are not limited to:

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking information.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
While we aim to ensure prompt delivery, final timelines depend on the third-party courier. Estimated delivery times:
Within India: 3–7 business days
International : Currently we are not accepting international orders.
Please note: Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier workload and unforeseen delays such as bad weather conditions, festivals, or service disruptions.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on select products or minimum order values.
5. Tracking Order
You can track the shipment on the courier’s official website using the tracking ID provided.
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.
6. Responsibility After Dispatch
As we rely on third-party logistics services,
Inkora Bookmart is not directly responsible for delays, lost packages or damages during transit. However, we are happy to assist you in coordinating with the courier to resolve any shipping-related issues.
If your package is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us at care.inkorabookmart@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery.
7. Incorrect Address/Failed Delivery
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at the time of order. Inkora Bookmart will not be liable for:

Additional charges for re-delivery due to failed delivery attempts.

8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, you may choose to:
- Request re-delivery (you may be charged for re-shipping), or
- Request a refund (excluding shipping costs).
- COD order will converted into Prepaid order for re-delivery.Â
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order.
