At Inkora BookMart, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We take utmost care in delivering your books in perfect condition. However, in case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent return and refund policy to make your shopping experience worry-free.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
- Return request is placed within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Non-returnable items:
- Comic Books
- Requested Books
- Magazines and Newspapers
- Kid books
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support at 📧 care.inkorabookmart@gmail.com or 📞 +91-8287830201 within 7 days of delivery.
- Share the following details:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear photographs/video of the item while unboxing.
- Our team will verify your request and guide you through the return process.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Refund Policy
If your return is approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
- In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be made directly to your bank account or credit/debit card.
- If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue a Store Credit or Gift Card.
Note:
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).
4. Return & Exchanges Shipping
If your return is approved:
- If the return is due to a mistake from Inkora BookMart (wrong or damaged item), we will arrange a free pickup or reimburse the return shipping costs.
- If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care.inkorabookmart@gmail.com and send your item at provided address & share the tracking details.
- If the return is initiated due to personal reasons (change of mind, ordered wrong item), return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
5. For Cancellations
If you want to cancel an order:
- Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours of placing the order, provided they are not yet shipped.
- If already shipped, the standard return process will apply after delivery.
